Daily Activity 

    Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

   Holla whut's Poppin gengs, today is last day i practice on kitchen, for this day i make pia after yesterday i make lapis legit, so i move to making pia for today. For making pia we must understand the technique. Because, making pia is not easy, there are 3 component for making pia is outside dough, layer dough and filling.

   I start making pia from the morning, I make just 1 recipe because i just wanna trial first, i never have make pia before, so i must learn start from zero. For the first, i make the filling because the filling it must cooked so before we fill into a dough we must waiting the filling is on room temperature. After i make the filling, i going to prepare a both of dough and then i rest about 30 minutes.

   After resting, i roll untill thin with rolling pin and then i roll the dough again untill like a stick, do it untill 2 times. After layering proses, we must directly filling it before the dough is dry. and then we bake it untill 20 minutes every side, so 20 minutes for top side and 20 minutes for above. After i bake it, we take out from oven and then let it cool. Pia is ready to it. After all is done, We going to general cleaning and go home.
