   Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh




   Hello Whut's Poppin boys and girl, back on my blog, on 2nd day me and my team trying make apang paranggi again but we start from the levain starter. Afterthat, we going to prepare all the ingredients for making modern dessert from fermented black sticky rice. For this time, i would like to trial for making choux but for the filling i will make fermented black sticky rice chantilly and fermented black sticky rice gel from the water of the tapay. 

   For the first, i make vanilla crush for the top of choux, and i make it thin before we put on chiller. After that, we take out from the chiller and we cut into round shape and then we keep on chiller again. For the next, we move to make the choux paste and we bake it about 25 minutes untill doubled size and the vanilla crush are crunchy. While, we bake the choux paste, i make the fermented black sticky rice water into a gel. And then we set a side, after that i take out the choux paste and let it cool. While we waiting choux, we make the chantilly from fermented black sticke rice, coconut milk, gelatine, and whipped cream. 


   After all the components of this dish ready, i going to plating and then we bring to mr. Ical for comment our dish. Alhamdulillah Mr. Ical like the choux and want the recipe.After All is done we going cleaning the area and briefing before we go home.
