Daily Activity 3rd day 5th Week (ENGLISH)

Daily Activity 

   Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

   Holla guyss, Wellcome to my blog again, this is the 3rd day i practice on kitchen. On this day, we will make pia and lapis legit. But not all the student was make a both of it. There are 12 team that divided into 2 team for making pia and lapis legit. 6 team making pia and for the 6 others make lapis legit. So for tomorrow we will change each other. Every team have a 3 members for make this one. 

   For my team, i make lapis legit for today. I never have make lapis legit before, so i think it can more difficult for me. But when i make it, is more easy. For the first we make butter mixture and then we make meringue. After that, all the mixture we mix and we layer it. For the first, i make it layer about 100gr and then i salamander for make it browning colour on topside. Afterthat, we layer again with the batter 100 gr again and we salamander again, do it untill desired height.

   After that, we finishing with bake it with 180 degrees celsius 10 minutes. Andthen, take out lapis legit from the moulding and let it cool. After all is done, we general cleaning and go home.
