   Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh



   Hello gengss, wellcome back again on my blog, on this 3rd day, we making mille crepes, after 2 day we just making product from fermented cassava and fermented sticky rice, now we move for making mille crepes. But, mille crepes that we will make is different, because mr.  Ical want us for making mille crepes with local dessert taste, like cendol, sikaporo, pallu butung, katri sala and barongko. Me and my team get job for making mille crepes with katri sala taste. 

   For the first, we prepare all ingredients, for the brown sugar taste of katri sala use on the crepes, and then for the glutinous rice i make it paste and then i layer the crepes with the paste so that we have taste like katri sala. Next, after the batter are mixed well, directly i going to pan little by little the batter untill the batter is used up. For the next is glutinous rice paste, first step we must steam the glutinous rice and then let it cool, after that we blend with coconut milk untill smooth.

   For the next step, we layering one by one untill the height is 7 cm. After that we keep on chiller over night for making the paste is firm texture. Tomorrow we just finishing the mille crepes and we bring to mr. ical for comment. After that, we cleaning the kitchen area and go home.
