DAILY ACTIVITY
ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATUH
On 2nd day, we finished the prepared on yesterday, not too diffrent like yesterday, we entered the kitchen at 08.00, but before we start all the activity we pray together. and then, we review the menu what we will serve today.
after that, we going to the each section to take all the ingredients that we need. on my group, we just mix all the ingredients. for the first, we heat the stock and we saute the spicepaste and we bring to boil with the stock. after we boil the stock, we add all the aromatic ingredients like lemon grass kaffir lime, and basil leave. for the next, we add all the vegetable like pumpkin, corn, and spinach. for the last we give the taste.
at 12.00 restaurant is open and we ready to finished all the order. at 13.00 all the dishes was served. directly we do the general cleaning. because we finished the general cleaning is fast, we going to the walk in chiller and walk in freezer to clean it. that my activity on kitchen for today, so wait for next daily activity. see you guys.
