DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

Daily activity

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh 

   Whats up the kitchen lovers, we start this day with checking all utensil that we bring every day. After that,  we entered kitchen and save the bag on locker and then we one line to take a pray. After we pray, we back into each section to finished our ingredients that have prepared yesterday and we take it out. While we wait chef dino arrived on the kitchen, we finished the preparation. 

   Not like usually chef dino arrived At 09.30, and chef dino tell to all of us going to oneline. In oneline, chef dino explain how to finished the dish for today, and what we mus prepare for tomorrow. after all is done, we going back to the pastry kitchen to make the tang yuan, for the filling we pan fry the sesame and we make the sesame smooth with the food processor after that we melting the butter and we add the sesame and sugar, stir until thick. after we make the filling, directly we make the dough. 

   when the dessert is finished, i prepare the ingredients for maincourse tomorrow, because tomorrow is my turn to handle the maincourse, so i prepare the ingredients like the fish i thawing first and i marinate, after that the shrimp we thawing and we peel the shrimp shell. when all my prepare is done, i go out from butcher area and i see my friends are doing general cleaning. so, i finished what the task that not complete. after that we go home.
