  Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

  Heyyhoo!!  Whats up the kitchen lovers, how are you?? On the 2nd day is very different than yesterday, many task must we finished like completing the menu for today and prepare the. like usually, we entered the kitchen and we save the bag into locker. after that, we one line and we pray before we start all the activities. for the first, each group explain the menu what they prepare. after all the group explain, we going to the section and take out the ingredients that we prepared yesterday.
   at 09.00 chef dino arrived and ask for all do a one line. because, chef dino want to show to all of us how to skin out and boning out the salmon. after that, chef dino explain menu for tomorrow, tell to all of us what we do and what we must prepare on that day. and then, we going back to the section and finishing the dish. while we wait the restaurant are open, i go to the pastry kitchen to make thang zhong, tang zhong is the dish like bread. for dessert tomorrow, we serve tang yuan but we can make tomorrow. so, for today i just make tang zhong.
   at 12.00 the restaurant is open and all of the group member stand by on the each section. but, when i just made 3 portions okonomiyaki, the tang zhong must we kneading and we portion. so i going to the pastry kitchen to finished the tang zhong. when the thang zhong are finished baked, chef ical ask me to remake the tang zhong, because one of the thang zong not get the standar colour. so i remake the thang zong and i can't help my group to finished the lunch service. at 14.00 we do a general cleaning because we just have 1 hour to cleaning the kitchen. and right at 15.00 we finished the general cleaning. and the kitchen are clean.
