DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

Daily activity



Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
  
   on the last day in this week, chef ical asked us to attend on the kitchen at 07.00. but, i came not on time. soon after that we one line to entered the kitchen and we pray together before we start our activity. for the next, the senior ask each section to explain what they prepared yesterday.
   for today, my group handle the maincourse, is : gai tod takrai, yam makeau yo dan khau plao. after we review the menu. we going to the each section to make khau plao, and prepare others ingredients. while we wait the rice is cooked, i make hard boiled egg for the yam makeau yo and then we prepare the shrimp. while we wait the sauce that the appetizer section who was make it, we grill the egg plant. at 12.00 restaurant is open and we stand by on each section to get the order.
   at 13.00 restaurant is closed, and directly we do general cleaning. and for today we must clean the exhaust, freezer and chiller. at 14.15 the stove are not yet finished, i think the general cleaning can't finished on 15.00. at 14.30 the stove has finished but the floor still brushing. so, i tell to my friend that the time just 30 minutes left, so my friend do it so fast to finished all on the time. so that the activity for today, many experience can we get on this week about the oriental menu and manage time. thank you guys for still visiting my blog, and wait for the next week. see you guys.
