DAILY ACTIVITY
ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKTUH
After mid test 2 weeks ago, we back on the kitchen with new topic. for this week, we learn about oriental menu, because before mid we finished learn about the continental menu. for today, we just do a prepare all the ingredient we need for tomorrow. as the chef dino request 2 weeks ago, we can't entered to the kitchen when we knife's are not sharp. so, when we have knife are blunt, we must sharpen on the outside of the kitchen.
while we waiting chef dino arrived on the kitchen, chef ical give us intermezzo and give directing about the menu when we want to prepare today. and then, after chef ical give es intermezzo we review about the basic. and at 09.10 chef dino has arrived and directly explain about what we must prepare today and for tomorrow. the menu for tomorrow :

like usually, we divided into 4 group to handle each menu. my group get the appetizer. and for today we just prepare the mayonaise and filling like cabbage and leek. after all is done, i go to the other section to help that section not finished yet. after all the section are finished. directly we do a general cleaning because chef dino want the kitchen is clean before at 15.00. and we finished the general cleaning at 14.00 and then, chef dino give us break. after we break, we going back to the kitchen for watching a film. film that we watching tell about how the decipline kitchen life's and how decipline the chef serve the dish. after we watching a film. chef dino explain about how to cut the octopus and then at 17.15 we go back to home.
