Daily Activity (1st day 1st week)

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh



   Holla guys!!!  Welcome back to my blog again this is my first practical on my lovely  campus,  after i completed my internship program on Jakarta. So this day i practice again with a big spirit . I arrived at campus 6 am, directly i prepare ingredients and utensil to make poach egg and hollandaise sauce with souvide methode because sir ical need poached egg and hollandaise sauce at 09.00 am for his guest. So for make this one i with my friend Jaka come early. For the first i prepare warm water for souvide machine. 

    After that, i put egg to water bath and sousvide for 50 minute for hollandaise we combine  all ingredients and we sousvide 1 hours 15 minute and we finishing  with blend mixture. At 8:30 am sir Ical want all students do General cleanings because kitchen not good to start practical and then he want general cleaning finish at 10 am. After that we start practical with briefing  first for explain the menu that we want to make it, but today we just prepare because restaurant not open for tomorrow .
   After we briefing my team get maincourse menu,  and the menu for Wednesday is Indonesian buffet menu so my team prepare rendang,  plecing sayur,  ayam taliwang,  and terong Santan. Because the chicken and beef still frozen so we must thawing first and we will completed the preparing on tomorrow. We finish preparation at 2 pm and directly we do a general cleaning.
