Daily Activity (4th day 2nd week)

Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh

   Heyyhoo gengs!!! Back again on the blog that you can take many knowledege and many kitchen story. So please take a good things, and throw away a bad things when you get on my blog gengs. This the 4th day i practice but i incharge on junior class because this day is my schedule time for incharge. So i still controlling my team while i incharge also. This day all the class start on 7pm. Start from i arrived on campus, directly i told to junior to start finished the preparation because sir ical want junior ready the breakfast menu on 9 pm. 

   The menu that junior prepared for today is 4 breakfast menu is english breakfast, continental breakfast, american breakfast and indonesian breakfast. Right at 9 pm the food is ready to serve, and i ask the server to prepare all the container and plate that we need. After that, the junior plating the dish and they bring out to the restaurant. After i directing the junior, i going to my team to controlling again their work.

  After sir ical give the comment for their dish on today, me and jaka going to divide the cleaning team to do a general cleaning for junior. And then, i going to help my class to preparing student meal for general cleaning tomorrow. For student meal for this week sir ical want us to make a traditional food is jalangkote and panada, special snacks from makassar. After all is done, we going to general cleaning and go home.
