Heyyhoo gengss!!! back again to my blog and thank you so much for you still visiting my blog, the blog that you can take many culinary experience and knowledge. So for today is my third day practical. For this day we will serve indonesian menu buffet for restaurant that have prepared yesterday, so we just finishing all ingredients and plating it all. After that, we must preparing ingredients for tomorrow again.
We start practical on 8am, my team directly thawing ayam taliwang and rendang because will take a long time so we do it first. After that, we start to saute all the seasoning that we will use. After we thawing ayam taliwang and rendang, we start to roast ayam taliwang and we braised the beef rendang. For roasting the chicken we need 1 hours for it. And for rendang we braised untill the beef and the seasoning mix well.
For plecing sayur we just mix the seasoning and the vegetable and ready to serve. For Terong santan, we saute the seasoning first and we add the chicken stock, after that we add the vegetable, santan and salt pepper. When all has finished, we start to prepare for oriental buffet menu for thursday. For thursday my team will prepare dessert and we prepare tang zhong and tang yuan, for mango sticky rice we cannot prepare today because easy stale. After we preparing, we going to do a general cleaning the kitchen. That's my activity for today guyss keep wait for the next story thank you so much.
