Daily activity (3rd day 2nd week)

Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh

   Holla guyss, back again on blog that you can take many culinary knowldege and many kitchen story. So you can take many things that a good things and please throw away bad things when you get on my blog. So on this 3rd day practical we will serve celebes buffet menu the food from sulawesi which is the menu often we see it and surely we know the characteristic every dish that we want to make it.

   Start from the morning, we take out all the ingredients from the chiller and we thawing it. After that we saute the spice to make it that smell are come out, and then we add the stock for the both of soup, because for today my team handling the soup course is sup saudara dan sayur labu santan. For Sup saudara we use brown stock and sayur labu santan use chicken stock. For the next, we boiling the stock and then we add the beef and vegetable for each soup.

   After all the soup are finished. we start to preparation the next menu for thursday is dessert indonesian buffet menu. But we dont prepare many ingredients because this dessert must fresh serving so we just prepare the filling.
