Daily activity (2nd day 2nd week)

Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh



   Holla whut's poppin boys and girl, back again on my blog, the blog that you can read many culinary knowledge and kitchen story. So on 2nd day, my team get serving the appetizer that already prepared by my team, because yesterday i not join with my team because i on duty  out of campus with agung and jaka. So directly we prepare the ingredients and finishing that preparation. We have 2 menu appetizer on this menu is macedoinne of vegetable and jellied fruit salad, for the dressing both of salad is mayonnaise, but for jellied fruit salad we need to add heavy cream to make chantilly dressing. 

   Afterthat, directly we prepare the menu for tomorrow, my team get the soup course, on this buffet menu have 2 menu of soup is sup saudara and sayur labu santan. For preparation, we preparing the spice paste for sup saudara and basic white seasoning for sayur labu santan. For the beef we sous vide and the beef lung we fried. On sup saudara we need potato cake for condiment so we must preparation the mixture first.
   After we sousvide the beef bring to cooldown the temperature and keep on the chiller, for more spice paste we keep and we will make a brown stock for the soup. After all is done we going to start the general cleaning. So thats all the activity for 2nd day 2nd week.
