Daily activity (4th day 1st week)
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
Holla whuts poppin gengs? Welcome back to my lovely blog, the blog that you can get many culinary experience and knowledge. This is 4th day practice and for this day we will serve for oriental buffet menu in restaurant. After that we also prepare 25 portions that we will share to anyone who needed. For today we start practical at 08:00 am, and directly we going to finishing all ingredient was prepared on yesterday.
Base from preparation my team prepare dessert that is Tang Yuan and Mango sticky rice and for the bread we prepare Tang Zhong. For Tang Yuan we have prepare all ingredients yesterday. So, for today we just prepare mango sticky rice start from steam the glutinous rice and then we make the coconut sauce from coconut milk, water and sugar untill the texture is thick. While i make the coconut sauce, some member of team cutting the mango.
At 10 am sir jaya checking my tang zhong that i have prepared yesterday is not yet cooked well, so directly i remake the tang zhong quickly so that the tang zhong can we serve to the guest. While we waiting proofing the tang zhong, we going to plating our dessert and also plating for photo session. After all is done, we eat together before general cleaning and we enjoy the food that we make together. For the next, we do a general cleaning kitchen and go home.
