    Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

     Holla Whut’s Poppin gengs, today on this 3rd day i practice on kitchen, i must finishing my research and development job, for completing the final task on semester 6, but we must start research or develop each job, so that on semester 6 we just writing the thesis. Continue my job on yesterday, i just grind the dried gembili, and then we shift with 80mesh strainer.

    After that, i make the choux paste with flour scale 70:30 for gembili flour, while i made it i found the problem, the problem is, the batter texture is very oily, gembili flour not have absorb liquid well, so i keep making the choux, untill the pipe proses, i have problem again, the batter is so slushy, but i keep bake. Untill i completing the bakimg process i have a bad result.

    And then, i going to mr. Ical office for report the choux, for the next mr. Ical wamt me change my thesis amd not make a choux. After all is done, i going to general cleaning and go home.
