Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
Back again on my blog, so for today theres no different with yesterday, because i not yet making my product because i still drying the gembili. After drying, gembili must we grind for get a powder texture. After that we can make a product from gembili flour. Maybe i start making product on tomorrow because drying process already complete on today.
On today mr. Jaya ask to me for making crab dish for chef lunch, so i prepare it for making karee. For the first, we blanch the crab. After that, we saute the spice paste untill the flavour has come out, and then we add the coconut milk. For the next, we put the crab into a pot, and simmer. For the last season with salt and pepper.
After that, i going to semester 3 for help finishing they dish, and show how to plating, and then explaining to mr. Ical, after that, we going to general cleaning and go home
