   Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

    Heeyyhoo Gengss, What's up??? Back again on my blog, and today this is the last day on this week i practical on kitchen and we still try to make perfect croissant. Yesterday, we can't be perfect yet cause we still have a problem with rolling method. So we must try and try again for get the best feel when we roll the dough. Yesterday me and my friend get punishment running untill 9 times because a bad layer croissant. 

    Day by day i more curious with this croissant. So for today i make 3 croissant dough at once. But, while i kneading the 1st dough mr.  Ical want us to handle the oriental buffet menu that semester 3 was prepared because mr. Ical very angry with semester 3 coz they make dish spoil and not worth to serve for guest. So me and my team directly handle this buffet menu untill finished. 

   After that, i try continue my croissant start from kneading all the dough untill baking. Unfortunately, 2 croissant dough that i have is fail, the first is over proof and for the other one is not doubled size. But for the last one is very surprizing me. It's my best croissant that i ever made. I hope, i can make croissant at the other time like that and will be better again. After all the student finished bake all the croissant we going to general cleaning all the kitchen coz semester 3 is can't enter on the kitchen. After that, we go home.
