Daily Activity

   Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

   Holla guys,  wellcome back again on my blog, and this is the 2nd day on my 2nd week practical on this semester. After free practical on yesterday because we do a qurban meat, so on this day mr. Ical want us arrived on campuss at 07.00 pm and then he want us make a group with 3 members on 1 group for making a croissant. So, for today we just make a croissant with group that was make it before.  

   On my group, me miftah and putri start making croissant at 07.00 pm. Me and my team wanna make 2 kind recipe of croissant there are from bachour the baker book and recipe from mr. Ical. For the first we make croissant from recipe mr. Ical after that we make from bachour the baker book recipe. We start from scale all the ingredients and then we mix all ingredients untill dough all well texture. 

   After that, we rest the dough. While we rest the dough, we going to prepare croissant fat before we laminate on dough. For the next,  when the resting time on dough is done, we take out the dough and we roll untill the dough are thin. After that, we laminate the dough and we start to fold the dough. After the step is done, we going to proofing the croissant untill 2 hours and then we baking with 175 degrees celcius 20 minutes. Sadly, my croissant not yet perfect based from expectation.
