Daily Acitvity 4th Day 1st Week (ENGLISH)

Daily Activity

   Assalamualaikum warahmatullahu wabarakatuh

   

    Holla guys, welcome back og my blog and this is the 4th day on 1st week i practice on kampus on this paat day on this week there's nothing daily job. Because for this week we just final practice for fastfood on monday untill wednesday, but there are group are making croissant yesterday but they failed when make it. So, before we start practical for today mr. Ical want all the student that was make croissant yesterday are running untill 3 times for the punishment.

   After running, we get on kitchen and going to make croissant again. when we going to scaling the ingredients the croissant fat is  not enough for all student so for the other student who dont get the croissant fat are prepare the food for charity activity on tomorrow. For me, coz i scaling on first time i get croissant fat, so i make croissant. But on mid of process i make croissant, i was asked by mr. Ical for bring the document to him who was not campuss, so i must leave the dough for long time.

   When i back on campuss and continue the roll process for the croissant i see the dough was oversize. And then, i try to roll for the final roll, the dough was cracked and no longer can continue for the next step. For the next, We going to take a rest ang eating together. After that, we going to general cleaning and go home. So thats all the activity for today, for today not too busy cause we just do prepare for charity activity for tomorrow.
