Daily activity


   Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

   Holla whut's poppin gengs, back again on my blog, the blog that you can get many kitchen knowledge and kitchen story. So, please take a good things when you get on my blog and please throw away a bad thing when you get on my blog and please understanding guys. So, for today we practice again after we get public holiday on wednesday in order to national president election. And then, today my team moving to main dish section.

   On main dish section, we must execute the preparation that haved we prepare with another team like butcher and cold kitchen. For make it easy, we divide our group to 3 team is Soup team, main course team and great for sharing team. On soup team, there are 1 member, on main course team there are 4 member and for the last great for sharing team have 2 member, on great for sharing have a job like serve a snacks or savory dish like calamary, burger, sandwich and cheese sandwich.

   For me, i incharge on maincourse team, so my job is prepare a main food like beef stroganof, prawn meuniere, gnocchi with tomato sauce and nasi campur. Because a last group haved prepare this section, so me and my team just completing the preparation and then we open order. After we close order, we going to general cleaning and briefing for go back to home. So thats my daily activity for today keep waiting for the next update. Thank you guyss.
