Daily Activity

   Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh
  
   Heyyhoo guyss!!!  Welcome back again on my blog, after long time i not post my content, this time i will post the daily activity. So take the culinary knowledge when you get on my blog, and please dont take and throw away the bad things when you get on this blog guys. So this is the first day we practice after we midtest. And then, now we move to ala carte menu, after we finished all the buffet menu. 

   On this menu, the team work is the important things, because every section are have a important role, when one of section is bad it will be wasting time to finishing the order. So we must focus and keep make a goodteam work. On this time, my team get a pastry and bakery section, so we will prepare the pastry product and bakery product that the other team needed like toast bread, whit pan bread untill pizza dough. 

   For the dessert that will be prepare is sachertorte, rice pudding and bubuh injin, after we prepare the base dessert. We going to prepare the garnish, like chocelat garnish, chantilly cream untill chocolate glaze for sachertorte. Actually, me are incharge on junior,  but my team is the first time handling the ala carte so i must helm them. After we prepare all dessert, we are going to take a break. After that,  we general cleaning and go home. So thats my daily activity on today, keep waiting for the next content, thankyou guyss.
