Daily Activity (2nd day 6th week)

Daily activity

   Assalamualaikum Warohmatullahi Wabarokatuh

   Holla gengs, wellcome back again on the blog that you can take many kitchen knowledge and kitchen story, so please take a good things that you can get on my blog and please throw away a bad things when you get on  my blog. So on this 2nd day, my team still on cold kitchen section, but we will serve that menu. For today, we will serve 4 appetizer menu is chef salad, empek - empek, thai mango papaya salad and jellied fruit salad. 

   Start from the morning, we take ingredients that have we prepared yesterday. Because the all ingredients have been prepared me and my team going to other sections to help them. After that, we open order but we dont open for restaurant so we open order for lecturer that was invited. For today, we dont accept many lecturer, maybe it just about 10 person. 

   After we open order, we going to prepare for thursday, because wednesday is public holiday, so we dont practice on wednesday and we continue on thursday. On thursday, me and my team going to the main dish section on first time, on this section the preparation quite a bit because the basic preparation on this team come from butcher section and cold kitchen. So we just execute that preparation. After the preparation is all done, we going to general cleaning and briefing for go home.
