Daily Activity
Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh
Holla whuts poppin guysss, welcome back again on my blog, the blog that you can get many culinary experience and kitchen story. So please throw away a bad things when you get on this blog and please take a good things that you will get on my blog guys. So on last day practice in this week should be a public holiday but we still attend for finishing the dish that we have prepared yesterday. And adter that we must prepare again the food that will we share to some people needed for tomorrow.
Actually on my team, we already not finishing the dish because the dessert is already from yesterday, we just cutting the bolu peca. So my team start to prepare the student meal for tomorrow and the food that we will share to people. We make a doughnut and jalangkote for tomorrow. For the first we make a doughnut. While we wait a doughnut are fermenting we make a jalangkote skin dough and directly we fill also. After we fill the jalangkote, we must pre-fry first but not untill cooked.
After the jalangkote is done, we going to mould the doughnut and we set aside for last fermentation before we fry. After fermentation, we fry the doughtnut and we keep for tomorrow we will dipping with chocolate. When the preparation for tomorrow is done, we eating together and then we do a general cleaning.
