Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

   Holla whut's poppin guyss, Long time i not update this blog, so wellcome back on  nourriture artisanale, the blog that you can get many kitchen knowledge and kitchen story. So please take a good thing when you get on my blog and please throw away a bad thing when you get on my content guys. On first day practice is special day, because on this day is my team day for middle test.

   Because the practice day is monday,my team must preparation on sunday. So we start preparation at 10.00. Actually, my team get a continental buffet menu but, we get confirmation that the menu must change because there are banquet event order from rector to prepare the celebes buffet menu. We regret this very much because the preparation for continental menu is on progress. So we must change and restart the preparation.

   For the celebes menu that we prepare there some menu more is mussels and grilled chicken. We prepare the menu double than usual. After that, we must prepare 5 kinds of indonesian chili sauce like sambal dabu dabu, sambal matah, sambal kecap, sambal tumis and sambal kacang, so we must extra fast to completing that order. Because change menu, we take long time to repreparation this menu. After the preparation is done,  we do the general cleaning and go home. 

    We start the war again on monday. On the morning we general cleaning first because the guest will visit the kitchen, so kitchen must clean. After that we finishing  the dish. Alhamdulillah, the dish are completed on time and perfect. For the next we cleaning area and do a general cleaning. So thats all my daily activity on today and sunday. Stay tune for the next update.
