   Assalamualaikum Warohmatullahi Wabarokatuh

   Holla whut's poppin guys, back again on my blog. The blog that you can get many culinary experience and kitchen story on here. Please take a good things that you get on my blog and please throw away a bad things when you get on my blog guys. So this is the 1st day on 3rd week we practice. On 1st day like usually we just do a prepare for tomorrow, menu for tomorrow we will serve the oriental buffet menu. My team get a appetizer section for tomorrow. 
   So oriental buffet menu we will serve thai beef salad and chinese spinach salad. For today we just preparing the dressing and preparing beef for thai beef salad. For the beef, we use tenderloin for the salad and we sous vide with black pepper, tarragon, bay leave and oregano after that we sous vide with 133.1 fahrenheit and 45 minutes for get medium rare level, for the last step tomorrow we will pan seared the beef.
   For the vegetable we just cutting all the vegetable and we will finishing tomorrow. After we preparing all vegetable and beef, we make a dressing for chinese spinach salad and thai beef salad. When all the preparation is done, we take a rest and we eating together. For the last we do a general cleaning and briefing before we go home.
