SOMETHING INTEREST (NEW YEARS EVE PARTY)

   HOLLA GENGSS, I back again for sharing something interest on my internship place. This time i would like share about my activity when new years eve party on the westin jakarta. So, on the westin jakarta menu for new years eve has concepted by our executive pastry chef Farid Al Farouk. On dinner, chef farid has prepared assorted cakes, assorted cup cakes, assorted Local sweets, Yule log, assorted choux and croquembouche.

   For dinner, seasonal tastes restaurant was full booked with totally guest is 320 pax. We must well prepared for this because this is a new years eve and surely many guest wanna eat a special dessert from this restaurant. Other than i say on first, dessert station still serving assorted martabak, waffle, crepes and teppanyaki ice cream.
