SOMETHING INTEREST (LOCAL SWEETS)

    HOLLA WHUT'S POPPIN GENGS!!! I back again for sharing something interest on my internship place The Westin Jakarta. On this time i would like share about my departement which is one of busiest departement is Pastry departement. Last 3 month Pastry departement was launch the new station for Seasonal tastes restaurant this new station we call "Local Sweets".

   So, on local sweets station pastry departement serve 10 kind of Local sweets for lunch and dinner fresh for everyday. And for this local sweets we have menu rotation untill now we have 30 kind of local sweets special for lovely guest. Every day i make 12 kind local sweets 10 ready for set up and for two others for backup when one of local sweets is out of stock while running dinner or lunch.

    This local sweets station request from owner the westin jakarta, she want to conserve local dish and she want to show the indonesian dish more amazing than other country. Until now pastry team still search a local sweets recipe for develop local sweets menu for seasonal tastes restaurant.
