SOMETHING INTEREST (KITCHEN OUTING)
ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATUH
HEYYHOO GENGGSS!!! Yaps i back again to share my something interest while i training. On this time, i would like to share when i and kitchen team outing to puncak, west java. Again and again on this event coincide with my day off so i will follow the event start from the first untill finish.
Start from 8.00 in the morning with meet on hotel for briefing and wait the seafood from the supplier that we buy. And then, part of us go to supermarket for buy some drink and snacks. After that, we continue the journey to puncak. On the middle, we stop on padang restauant to eat and continue again and we arrived at 12.00 pm. Directly we set up the stuff that need to set up and we cleaning the seafood. After that, we start to make the stock and preparing things for barbeque for tonight.
At 20.00 pm and morning shift has coming to the villa, the party is start, we eat, we play, we sing and we laughing together, with the chef, staff untill trainee enjoy the party. This party aims to make more compactness for each other between staff trainee and the cheff.
