SOMETHING INTEREST (TRAINEE MONTHLY MEETING)

   HEYYY GUYYSS!!! Back again with me, and i would like to share something interest on my internship place. For this time i would like to share my activity every month as a trainee on The Westin Jakarta. So, on marriot international especially The Westin Jakarta trainee have a monthly meeting every month from Human Resources Department.
   On monthly meeting we discuss many topic and we can tell a complain or feedback while we training on here, and other than that we have main topic also like how to make a CV, how be a good employee, what should i do when interview and others. Monthly meeting very usefull for know each other and know your friend more deeply.

   Farewell party theme and concept we discuss on monthly meeting also so that all trainee can give advice and know the concept. On monthly meeting we learn about marriot international group, and the history. So monthly meeting very usefull for trainee to make good communication for each other.
