   Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi wabarakatuh



   Holla Whut's Poppin Gengs!!! On this week is my final week for semester 5, on this final is very diffrent then my last final because this final have a festival concept. So, Mr. Ical want us to make a food festival for anyone especially the people outside from campuss. This final concept has long been delivered to us. After Mr. ical tell us about this final concept, my class directly do a internal meeting for making the core committee.

   And the result is i was choosed to be chairman of committee on this event. And the vice chairman of the committee is Agung. After committee selection, me and my committee team directly talk about the concept of festival. And we get the result is Traditional concept, why we choose the traditional concept on this event? Coz we want to invite the people to conserve the traditional culture with diffrent way. So on indirectly when the people follow or join on this event they has to conserve the traditional culture also. Other than that, on this event we have a no plastic concept on this event, because we want to campaigning save plastic movement. Coz the concept is no plastic, we choose the packaging not from plastic material to paper material for easier decompose.


   After we concepting the event the next step is concepting the menu, from the traditional concept, we must have a traditional dish. Other this traditional menu, we have modern dish and fusion dish from traditional culture combined with modern or other culture so we get a new concept of dish. After we concepting the menu, we get the result of the menu for this event. There are 22 menu that we will serve on this event.

   After that, the next step is, me and my team Concepting the decoration, coz this event is food festival so me and my team choose a carnaval concept for decoration, and we make the decoration start from zero. After all the preparation for decoration is completing we just to install on the venue. So we must well prepared for decoration because we dont have any time for it. We just have time for making product.

   On first day in the event week, i tell to my friend for completing the decoration things and packaging for each menu. Because the event will be held on thursday in this week. For tuesday and wednesday we use this time for making and finishing the product. The product will be handled with all the team, 1 team will be make 2 untill 3 product. On each team i give 3 member for backup al the things that what they make it.

   On tuesday we start preparing product like usually, all the things that can be prepare on this day directly we prepare, and for the ingredients that easy to spoil we just make on wednesday. We make all the dish same like we make the food on practical, like we sous vide the meat and we use all the technique that we have to learn before. On this day also we start to dress up the venue start from install the banner, untill install all the decoration and tumblr lamp.

   Wednesday, On this day we focus on one thing, yaps, product. On today also, the cinematography vendor will visiting the kitchen for taking a video and picture. After all the product is well prepared for today, the next step is we going to venue and loading all the goods that we needed on each section. Like induction stove, frying pan, sauce pot etc. For the last, we completing the decoration by setting up sit and traditional celebes table on eating area.

    On the D- Day, we start the preparation for finishing all the dish at 5 pm. After that, we going to loading dish to venue slowly untill at 7 pm all the dish has finished loaded on venue. Afterthat, we going to briefing before we opening the event for tell to all my team the work flow. And then, we going to venue together and stand by on each section while waiting the campuss director for opening the event. At 9 pm. Opening Ceremony was started and for the first is my turn to give opening ceremony and after that the director of tourism polytechnic give a greeting ceremony and opening the event at once.

   While the event running, i still controlling my team work, when some team need refill ingredients, or need some utensil from the kitchen i will give the information to my kitchen team that standby on kitchen. Alhamdulillah untill the event is close theres no problem and the event is running well. After the event is closed, directly we going to clear up the dish and loading out all the kitchen utensil and we bring back to the kitchen. After that we general cleaning the kitchen and briefing before we go home. So that's all my activity on this week my final week. Thank you for keep staying on my blog about 2 years and this is mylast daily activity coz on this thursday i also last day on kitchen because for the next semester i no longer practical on kitchen.
