DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)
DAILY ACTIVITY
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
HOLLA gengss, back again on my daily activity. For this day we start practice on 08.15 because the rain not stop from last night. After senior check the attendance list we get back into each section. And i directly make the butter cake because one of butter cake that i make yesterday was not good to served. When i make the butter cake, the other members of my group decorating the butter cake with frosting that we prepared yesterday also.
When the restaurant is open, the appetizer section very busy because his group get 23 order for appetizer. So, i go to appetizer section to help that section. After that, i back to my section to add the garnish on the dessert plate to make easy when we get the order.
When the restaurant are closed, we prepare the ingredient for tomorrow. But, before restaurant is open i has prepared the fish and potatoes because my group get the maincorse and the maincorse for tomorrow is fillet dori ala meuniere. After all the section finished the prepared, we general cleaning and go home. Alhamdulillah for this day there no many problem so we can finised easily. so keep waiting the last story on tomorrow gengs. thank you.
