DAILY ACTIVITY (ON THE JOB TRAINING) 3RD & 4TH WEEK
DAILY ACTIVITY
ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATUH
HEYHOO GUYSS!!! Back to my blog again, on this time i wanna tell you about my activity on 3rd and 4th week in my internship place. On this week, my joblist are not diffrent with my joblist last week. So, my job in my team is prepare all the things that pastry departement need on seasonal taste restaurant for the example like martabak batter, crepes and waffle batter, and all condiment of them. Untill the hot dessert like choco lava, bread and butter pudding and apple crumble i must prepare.
After that, i going to "seasonal taste" restaurant to setup the pastry section for lunch. But, before i setup for lunch, i must help the clear up process after breakfast. When the setup are completed, we must fill the food display form for controlling the food that i just set up. And then, after all is done, we must cleaning the work area before the guest come to the restaurant. Before lunch staff was come on the seasonal taste, we must stay on here untill the seasonal taste staff has come.
On 4th week, the chef change my team, because the team has not balance, on ammenities and banquet team have a member who work is very slow. So for make it balance, the chef change my team to ammenities and banquet team. On this team, my joblist is prepare all complimentary amenities, cake order, praline complimentary, and glass dessert like mousse, pannacota and others. On firstday i join with amenities and banquet team, i quite confused with the work sequence untill i have to be assisted with 2 other member. After 2 day i learn about the work sequence on this team, i can completed all the joblist in this team on time.
On my freetime when myjoblist has done, i can help the other job like completing banquet preparation, on last week i just make croquembouche for big event marriot international group, untill preparing chantilly for garnish the cake.
