   HOLLLA GENGSS!!!
   I wanna tell you again about my daily activity on last two week on my internship place, on last two week my joblist not too different then last 3th & 4th week. I still prepare amenities like praline, special amenities and special cookies amenities. Ohyaps, concidentally my internship place get arabic national contingent for asian games. So, every i make praline for them, i must prepare chocolate logo from chocolate room for arabic contingent.

   For the praline that we want to serve for arabic contingent exactly the same like original praline set when we want to serve for normally guest. The different, just from the chocolate logo. After i prepare the amenities, when lunch team not yet completing the job list. Directly, i help that team for completing the job list so that the team can set up the preparation on the restaurant on time. After morning job list are complete, we going to cleaning work area for preparing afternoon joblist.

   On my freetime after morning joblist are completed, i do a glazing cake for cake order lunch and dinner. On video content this week i wanna post my video glazing cake. So, check for update gengs. On afternoon joblist, i make shooters for lunch and dinner desserts, like a mousse, pannacota, pudding and etc. After all the afternoon joblist are completed. I must checking the ala carte condiment and preparing sweet martabak for ala carte. So that's it my daily activity on last 2 weeks, thank you for visiting my blog and wait for next content gengs.
