Daily Activity

   Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

   Holla whut's poppin gengs, back again on my blog this the 3rd day i practice on this week, so for this day my team will get order from the people that already we giveaway to lecturer and student that was following the culinary official account before. So, when student was following they will get food for free. For today my team will serve america latin is, pastel de quejo for appetizer, seafood parihuela for soup, lomo saltado and pique alo macho for maincourse, quindim for pastry and for the snack is conxinhas. 

   Start for the morning, me and my team take out all the preparation that was have been prepared on monday and tuesday. For me, directly i cutting the quindim to small pieces for the foodpack. After i cut the quindim, i also garnish and keep it on chiller. For the next, i going to make the sour cream condiment for maincourse.

   At 09.00 am me and my team directly prepare 1 portion every dish for display. And at 10.00 am we open order for all the people that want to buy or reedem the coupon. For student or lecturer dont get the coupon they can buy foodpackage for Rp. 25.000 and for the snack or lemon tea we sell for Rp. 5000. After we open order untill 03.00 pm we closed and then we going to general cleaning. After all the kitchen area is clean we go back home.
