DAILY ACTIVITY
ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATUH
HAYY FELLASS, Welcome back to my blog. On this time, i would like to sharing my activity on my internship place that is The Westin Jakarta. On 13th untill 14th week i spent my time with many joblist start from completing Banquet event order untill do a trial for new menu for "jajanan pasar" and new menu for "Daily treats lounge". For banquet order i completing the choc fudge cake, raspberry mascarpone, coffee mascarpone, white velvet, matcha ogura and macaron for henshin restaurant.

I make a cake start from making base sponge that cake needed, like chocolate fudge use a flourless sponge, for coffee mascarpone use a lady finger for base cake, and white velvet use a devil sponge for base. So, it so many joblist that must we finished. And we do start from preparing untill finishing. For the finishing we give filling to the base cake based from the menu, like coffee and mascarpone for the filling we need coffee syrup and mascarpone cream which is we called tiramisu cream.

After i completing the banquet event order, the CDP ask me to help him completing the trial for new menu. So, i make base sponge that he need and condiment like chocolate feulletine. I very happy get the trust from him, And get new knowledge from that. Other than that, i also completing the daily treats lounge needed like almond guanaja and orange mango. So, that's it my daily activity on last two week, so keep waiting for the next post fellas. See you.
