DAILY ACTIVITY

Hello fellas, on my 11th & 12th it's not diffrent with 2 weeks ago because i still on production team. So, on this team i just production the cake or cookies based on BEO (Banquet Event Order). On Last two week i just get new job from my Chef De Partie, i just have new job list like finishing cake, making special sponge for event on Henshin restaurant and completing the chocolate room team order. On last two week i must have extra energy for many joblist that my CDP give to me.

However, i can't complain when i have many joblist but we must happy and enjoy it. Because it is an appreciation cause you just a new level than before. And i proud of it. It can improve my spirit to work. So, i think when we get many job from the chef or anyone we must happy and be patient because it is trusting from your chef or anyone. After that, I also completing amenities order that is macaron. I very happy when i make macaron because some people say "making macaron so hard" but when i make macaron for the first time and it success. But sometimes, i fail making a macaron but i say "no problem, let's try again untill success" because i know making a macaron very tricky.
Usually, trivial problem can make me failed when i make macaron like egg temperature or carmael temperature, but i not hopeless because when i first time make a macaron with same ingredient and same technique it success, so when it fail i always try again with correct technique.

On last two week also, i just completing the orange mango and mango guanaja for daily treats order on level 52th lounge. After that i make assorted cookies like white sable, chocolate sable, granola, and biscotti cookies. Sometimes, when i faster than my friend or my staff directly i help them to completing the job list. So, that's my job list on last two week, keep wait the next update for my daily activity. see you!!!
