DAILY ACTIVITY (ON THE JOB TRAINING) 9TH & 10TH WEEK

ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATUH

   HELLO GENGS!!! Back again on daily activity content, after 2 weeks i upload the 7th & 8th week, now i wanna share my experience on my internship place on The Westin jakarta. On 8th week is my last week on amenities team, because for the next week i move to the production team. Before we move to the each team, we just meeting with executive pastry chef and we discuss about what we will choose for the next team. But, we must draw the section, so we don't now where the next position we will get.

   On my 9th week which is on the production team, i not on morning shift again, because the production team start on afternoon shift. On production team have a many job list, because the production team are make all the cake and all the preparation on morning shift needed. So, we must extra energy for this team. If on the evening event there are pastry stall, member of afternoon shift must incharge on there also.

   On afternoon shift we must setup afternoon tea on and the dessert station on executive lounge. Yaps, many joblist are wait on afternoon shift, we must faster to finished all. After i incharge on afternoon shift 1 week i just learn about how to make sponge, how to make macaroon and etc. So, thats my experience on my internship place on 9th & 10 th week. Thank you.
