   YAPPSS!!! Back on my blog again, on my last to week preciesly 7th and 8th week. I still handle the ammenities like prepare praline, birthday cake, and shooters for cold dessert on restaurant. Other than that, after i completing that joblist i must help banquet team to prepare cake for banquet. Sometimes, i prepare assorted cookies for ammenities. Accidental, i just prepare creme brulee for banquet. But, i don't totally prepare start from the first. I just finishing the creme brulee with torching the creme brulee with sugar.

   On last 2 week also, i just prepare the macaroon for ammenities. Because, the component for praline request on ammenities like chocolate praline, macaroon, cookies and tart. When the request are gold and square praline we just add cake on the plate. After i prepare the ammenities, directly i prepare the birthday cake. The birthday cake must we prepare 2 hour before being taken by the server. On sunday, birthday cake order will be more than usual. Up to 3-4 times the usual day. On last sunday, i just prepare 25 birthday cake for that day. I think it's awesome.
   On 2 days ago i just incharge on lunch team because the pastry team that attend on that day just 3 member. So, i must extra fast for working. Because i must prepare all the things that the pastry section need on resto, and after that, like usually i also prepare the praline request for that day. After that, on that day i must completing 15 birthday cake order. After i prepare the birthday cake, i must make a martabak batter for tomorrow and prepare the shooters. I think that a busy day. So that's my daily activity on last two week. And shortly, i will change team to production team. I hope i can take many experience on that team. So stay tune gengs!!! thank you.
