DAILY ACTIVITY
ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHAMATULLAHI WABARAKATUH
HOLLA WHUT'S POPPIN FELLASS!!!! Now it's 21st & 22nd week, i would like to tell you about my daily activity last two week which is start from 2 weeks ago Seasonal taste (hotel restaurant) always full reservation even on weekday lunch the restaurant still full reservation. So, we must prepare all the things that the pastry section needed are well prepared. Other than that, we must prepare 12 kinds local dessert fresh for everyday.

On 21st week also, we have VVIP wedding event from owner, and for the wedding have a underwater theme, we prepare all the things about that, like wedding cake, chocolate coral with pearl, garnish with fish print, assorted choux and cup cakes tower. We also prepare the wedding ammenity for the bride. Alhamdulillah, on that day everything are running well and theres no mistake untill the event are finish.

On 22nd week we have a many event, 2 of them is VIP event. For the 1st, we have morning wedding event with guest invited is Mr. Anies Baswedan (governor of DKI jakarta). For dessert station, we must prepared local dessert like black glutinous rice porridge, sumsum porridge, green bean porridge, klepon, lemper, kue bugis, getuk lindri, serabi etc. For this event, have 3 times event start from marriage contract on the morning, for the party on afternoon and the last is after party on evening. The 2nd VIP event is Kumparan event, kumparan is a news media they invite Mr. Joko Widodo (Indonesian President).
