   Heyyyhoo gengss!!! I'm back again to update my blog and share my experience to all of you guys. Many stories that i will tell you on last two week.  Let's get started, on last two week there are many event i get, like wedding event, luxury dinner and meeting event and every day definitely there are event whether it's dinner or meeting. And on the saturday and sunday definitely we handle the wedding event. We must work well and be fast to finish all the event.

   Like usually when the first time i arrived on pastry kitchen, i must check the freezer and make sure there are no mousse cake ring on there so that it can be used to next production on that day. After i check the freezer, directly i check the job list. Normally, i must make base cake like a sponge, jaconde and lady finger that we will use for the cake. All cake that need to baked must be finished first. After i prepare that base, directly i make filling for cake whether is mascarpone cream, diplomat cream or mousse.

   For the next, i finishing the cake, i just update the video that i do a finishing cake, check on my previous content. Usually, after i finished the cake, i check something must be do it, like cookies, macaron or glaze that morning shift use it. That things must we pay attention because that things always used. For example the cookies, cookies available on 4 area in hotel that is, Seasonal taste restaurant, executive lounge, daily treats coffee shop, spa and fitness center. So we must care about that. So just is the daily activity on last two week, keep waiting for the next content gengs. thank you.
